This video is part of the Magic Project and shows the characteristics of various crops tested at Finca El Encín in Alcalá de Henares. The test observed the resulting biomass and included demonstrations of processes and machinery required for sufficient harvesting. In collaboration with IMIDRA, Spanish Co-ops and the Agroenergetic Group (GA) of the UPM, The Centre for Development of Renewable Energies, CEDER-CIEMAT, organised a demonstration-day of industrial crops and harvesting of perennial species to obtain energy and bio-products.
